Brewzilla Gen 3.1.1 {9.25 Gallons} All Grain Brewing System With Pump
This is the one I personally own and I think it works great. It’s made of stainless steel with dual heating elements for up to 1500 watts of power, one of the elements is 1000 watts and the other is 500 watts at 120V and can be controlled individually. The temperature readings are in both Fahrenheit and Celsius. It has a total capacity of up to 9 gallons to make large All Grain recipes for a finished 5-6 gallons of beer output. It also has a built-in pump for recirculating the wort and can also be used to push wort through a plate chiller or counterflow chiller. I’d recommend getting the recirculation arm to help maintain constant temperatures throughout the brewing process for both heating and cooling. You may also want to consider the Neoprene jacket for insulation for speeding up heat time and maintaining temperatures.
The digital temperature controller has 6 programmable stages for automatic step mashing, boil addition timers and delayed start. There is also a malt pipe with a false bottom with feet to raise it off the base to help prevent clogging. Additionally, there is a removable grain basket and built in transferring spigot.
Physical dimensions are 32.75″H (with recirculating arm) x 12.5″D.
This kit also includes an immersion wort chiller and allows you to get a wort chiller connection kit for free at checkout with code ZILLAKIT.
This system also comes in 220V, 2400 watts which will speed up heating and give you a more vigorous boil. Here is the link for that: Brewzilla Gen 3.1.1 9.25 gallons 220V.
The only negative I’d have to say about this unit is the location of the digital controller. It’s at the bottom and to read it and control it you have to get on your hands and knees. If the display just tilted up so you could at least see it, it would make a big difference. Other than that, everything else works great and it’s the perfect size for my homebrewing needs. This is one of the best all-around all-in-one brew kits for the price and the features that come with it.
